International Shipping
International orders are shipped via our delivery partner ARAMEX GEORGIA. Standard delivery time is 10-12 working days. Delivery cost depends on the region, volume, and weight of the selected items.
Local Shipping (Georgia)
Domestic orders are shipped via ARAMEX GEORGIA with delivery times of approximately 1-3 working days.

Next-day Delivery in Tbilisi. Delivery cost: 7 GEL.

Delivery to Other Regions in Georgia: Delivery to regions outside of Tbilisi takes 2-3 days. Delivery cost: 15 GEL.

Free Delivery for Orders over 500 GEL in Tbilisi: Orders of 500 GEL or more within Tbilisi will be delivered for free.

Free Delivery for Orders over 1000 GEL to Other Regions in Georgia: Orders of 1000 GEL or more to regions outside of Tbilisi will be delivered for free.

Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Georgia may be subject to import duties and taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the final price at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Risk of Loss
All orders are insured during shipping. A parcel is considered lost if delivery is delayed by more than three months. If a parcel is confirmed lost after investigation by our shipping partner, you will be offered a full refund or a replacement, subject to product availability.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
A defective product can be returned only if it:

Custom Orders:
Products made to a customer's specific request cannot be returned.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Must include original packaging, tags, boxes, and pouches

We cannot accept items with makeup stains, perfume, or deodorant scent
To request a return, please contact us at
shop@gabriadze.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using an insured shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item (excluding shipping costs). During the holiday season, processing times may be longer.
Items marked as "Sale" or "Special Offer" are non-refundable but may be exchanged once, subject to stock availability.
